Olá olá!!
Então não nos líamos há muito… Hum alguém me diz onde se meteram estes 3 meses??

Hi everyone!!
So… Long time no read! Hum, will some one tell me where these last 3 months went? No worries this month I’m planning on getting back on the blog, specially because it’s #MeMadeMay, so I’ll be sharing how I’m wearing my me-made wardrobe – I’ll be sharing daily on instagram and I’ll share here my weekly summary:
Day 1 – Ginger jeans
Day 2- Granito sweater (oops, unblogged)
Day 3 – Ultimate trousers
Day 4 – Mélilot shirt
Day 5 – Japanese top
Day 6 – Coco top – this is brand new, and although it’s kind of a cheat, this is my first May garment (started in April).
This is my second take on the Tilly and the buttons pattern (yet not my last), for my first one I used a jersey remnant form the local fabric store that has a different colored wrong side. I made use of that for the pocket detail:
I really like the pattern, as everything from Tilly it’s an really easy sew and fits well. This pattern in made to be sewn on a regular sewing machine, so I change the seam allowances from 1,5cm to 1cm, so it would be easier to sew on the overlocker. Some other adjustments made were FBA, sway back and front shouder adjustments. For this latest top I shaved the hip width a bit, yet it still is quite wide on me.
My only complaint so far is that the sleeve is excessively wide, so I decided to keep it at 3/4 lenght, even though I had enough for full length sleeves. It looks prettier this way, with the sleeves this wide.
See you soon
😉
